Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Home Harmony Cleaning Services LLC, I understand that plans can change. Because cleaning appointments are reserved specifically for each client, cancellations and rescheduling can affect my ability to serve other clients.
Cancellation Notice
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before your appointment may be made without a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in the loss of your $50 deposit.
- Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations after I have arrived at the property may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled cleaning price.
- A new deposit may be required to book another appointment after a late cancellation or no-show.
Rescheduling
I'm happy to work with you when unexpected situations arise. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and repeated last-minute rescheduling may require payment in full before a new appointment is reserved.
Late Arrival
If you are more than 30 minutes late providing access to the property, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. The scheduled cleaning rate may still apply because the appointment time was reserved for you.
Emergencies
I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Please communicate with me as soon as possible, and cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Deposit Policy
A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total cleaning balance and is forfeited when the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 48-hour cancellation window, except when otherwise approved by Home Harmony Cleaning Services LLC.
If Home Harmony is unable to accommodate your request (date, location, or scope), your deposit will be refunded in full.
By booking an appointment with Home Harmony Cleaning Services LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Any travel fee for your address is confirmed with your quote, before your appointment is booked. Outside our standard area? Contact us for a custom quote.
Photos of Your Home
When you book, you choose Yes or No to before & after photos. If you say yes, photos show only the cleaned or organized space: never faces, names, family photos, mail, or anything that shows your address. If you say no, no photos are taken. Your answer never changes your price, and you can change your mind at any time by texting or emailing Kiana.
